This fully accommodated birding tour departs and concludes in Adelaide. We head north into some of South Australia’s incredibly beautiful and remote travel destinations. You will experience the stunning ‘Flinders Ranges’ up close with an overnight stay at Rawnsley Park and a visit to Brachina Gorge to search for the eautiful Yellow-footed Rock Wallaby. Explore the Maree/Mungarannie region, Farina Ruins and the southern section of the ‘Birdsville Track’ . All these locations help to showcase some world re-nowned ‘Outback Australian’ vistas as well as a very special ‘Target Species’ bird list. A return detour through the Clare Valley area for a different suite of birds and contrasting eco-systems.
